We are Skip & Nancy Stein, AKA "The Vegans in the Little Green Car".  We like that moniker as we are vegan and drive a little green Smart Car!  We moved to Traditions Subdivision in Winter Haven Florida in late 2018.  We have set, what might be an impossible, goal of helping our new community of friends get healthier and live longer/healthier lives.

There is just no valid reason for people to be taking so many prescription drugs, live in failing health and just not having FUN.  As fellow Seasoned Citizens, we call them Newtimers and we want to help everyone achieve a maximum healthy, vital, life expectancy.  We have found that living a Whole Food Plant Based Lifestyle has provided us with that benefit and we want to share it with others.

While we do receive some friendly jibes about our Lifestyle, we hope that demonstrating it by just LIVING a Healthy Lifestyle, free of drugs, medications, but Full of Activity, we can demonstrate by just living our active lifestyle.  See our Road Tripping Web Site!

We are starting in our own neighborhood of Traditions but hope to expand our efforts into other close-by neighborhoods. We are being invited to speak and talk to folks at numerous health fairs, both corporate and community, in the area and we hope to speak to you.

Together, we form the foundation of Whole Foods 4 Healthy Living.  Our company serves to promote a Plant Based Lifestyle with Plant Based Whole Food Cuisine.  We offer counseling, training and seminars, not only in Winter Haven, but just about anywhere.  We make frequent Road Trips to promote a Plant Based Lifestyle and offer to lecture, present and counseling to individuals and organizations along their way.

Why Whole Foods?  Why the number '4'?  Why Healthy Living?
Well, the answers are pretty simple.  Whole Foods are complete with all the nutritional goodness that we as humans need to thrive, not just survive. The number '4' is for the four things we avoid: Meat, Fish, Dairy and Eggs.  When you eliminate these you get a Healthy Living lifestyle supported by delicious Whole Food Plant Based Cuisine that allows you to enjoy tasty, inexpensive, as well as nutritious/healthy, meals that will promote wellness and longevity.

At Whole Foods 4 Healthy Living (, we provide nutrition lifestyle training for those people seeking to improve/maintain their health, reverse disease and, above all, enjoy delicious meals. We help those moving toward a more plant-based diet and lifestyle. Our Chef Nancy has been selected as one of the top Best Cooking Teachers in Orlando.  Nancy is Certified in Plant Based Nutrition by Cornell University.  We also have been Certified by WFPB (, for whole food, plant-based, vegan and sustainable products, services and business organizations.
